What do I need to provide when I order?

Can I get a refund or cancel my order?
No — because every plaque is personalized and made specifically for you, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds once an order is placed.
Can I change my personalization details after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
